This class focuses on the fundamentals of bodyweight training. These movements will improve your strength, flexibility, mobility and motor skills, and ultimately help you for any type of physical activity or athletic training in your fitness journey.
This class is for kids (and young at heart) to learn to move as nature intended, in whole-body ways that are primal, natural and functional. Crawl, jump, sprawl and hop. Move and flow like an animal. Participate in a range of activities incorporating skill development, physical fitness, strength and agility training.
This advanced group training is set up on a five day per week, two week rotating schedule. Each day targets a different muscle group. The focus is strength, power, mobility, and body control. The goal is to learn how to effectively move through space and become fit while doing it.
